Warranty Policies

XSoptiX warranties all of their equipment against significant defects. 

Warranty Terms are outlined below.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

New Test Equipment – When  you purchase new test equipment from XSoptiX, you are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty standard to that product.  If your unit needs repair, you can send it directly to the manufacturer and they will return it to you following the successful completion of the repair.  The length of warranty is varies among manufacturers.  An XSoptiX sales representative can fill you in on the details!

Refurbished Test Equipment – If your refurbish test equipment malfunctions anytime within the warranty Period, XSoptiX will handle all of the details of the repair for you.  Just contact XSoptiX for an RMA number And ship the unit back to us.  We’ll handle the rest!!  Warranty varies based on the type of equipment being Purchased, but typical warranty is 90 days.

Extended Warranties – Extended warranties are available on some equipment.  Ask your XSoptiX sales representative for more details!
