Minimum rental term: 1 Month

Rent to Own – Offers some short term flexibility, but options to purchase if your plans change!

Monthly Rental Charge: 10% of XSoptiX list price
Minimum rental term: 3 Month
Equity:    1st 3 months, 100% of rental charges can be applied toward purchase
               After the 3rd month, 50% of rental charges can be applied toward purchase.

Stretch Rental – Lowest rental cost available, but still gives you the ability to accrue toward a future purchase!

Monthly Rental Charge: 7.5% of XSoptiX list price
Minimum rental term: 3 Month
Equity:  After the 3rd month, 50% of rental charges can be applied toward purchase.

Divide by 12 Lease – When you want to own it! Purchase price is divides into 12 monthly payments with a $1 buy out option at the conclusion of the 12 month term.

Monthly Rental Charge: 1/12 th of XSoptiX list price
Minimum rental term: Lease Term is 12 months
Equity:  100%. Customer can buy the unit outright after 12 months with a $1.00 buyout.
